Our little Wild One is 1! We had a Where the Wild Things Are themed party for our little Max. I found lots of great ideas on Pinterest and put my own spin on things. The party turned out perfect & little Max had a great day!

We decided to do a brunch with Where the Wild Things Are food items. I didn't get a picture of the casserole, but we had "Carnivore" & "Herbivore" (for the vegetarians) egg casserole, "King Max" sandwiches, "Wild Fruit", Sausage, and Mozzarella & Tomato skewers.

King Max sandwiches were made using this cookie cutter from Amazon.

The cake was a Costco Cake-- not a special order or anything, just one they always have available. Just a plain old One Candle from Amazon along with a homemade crown.

Since they don't sell Where the Wild Things Are party decorations, I had to make my own. I used these scrapbook stickers from Amazon and put them in frames on scrapbook paper. I think they turned out great!

I took advantage of the "free" Shutterfly deals to get this print and used one of the scrapbook stickers to jazz it up.

I ordered the smash cake from Hy-Vee and put this ornament on the cake.

The Wild Fruit was a hit!

We used succulents from our back your to jazz up the tables.

We used our camping canopy and hung decorations like these

I used the "Free" deals from Shutterfly to get magnets and hung them on a tin I got from Michael's.
